El-Safir Mosque is located in the AMAR ALI district, bordering the street of the Bachara brothers. it was destroyed and rebuilt in 1826 by Hussein Pasha. This mosque was built outside the walls of ancient Algiers whose neighborhood was then a place almost uninhabited. It was classified in 1905.It was rehabilitated after 2002.
