Dar Essadaka is located in the lower Kasbah, at the level of Souk-el-Djemâa district, bordering the street of the Mechri brothers, Former charitable foundation then became the festival committee of the city of Algiers, currently it houses the Emir-Abdelkader Foundation .Classed in 1887, its state requires rehabilitation work.
